Ms. Pasquali has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, including, depositions, pre-trial negotiations, discovery, oral argument, mediation, and trial. She has also presented oral arguments before the Michigan Court of Appeals. In addition, she has extensive experience in pre-litigation negotiations.

She represents clients on commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, and stock purchase disputes. She is admitted to practice in the State Bar of Michigan, Eastern District of Michigan, and the Western District of Michigan. She is a member of the Women’s Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Ms. Pasquali has a background in Business Management. Prior to entering the field of law, she worked in a managerial capacity. She has a Bachelors of  Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University, where her field of study focused on Business Management. She then earned a J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy. During law school, Ms. Pasquali served on the Moot Court Board of Advocates and actively participated in the Women’s Bar Association and Business Law Association.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pasquali was an associate at another metro-Detroit law firm. Her practice focused on litigation, where she represented individuals as well as businesses and corporations. Her practice focused on negligence claims, property disputes, breach of contract claims, and premises liability. In addition, she handled claims involving employment law, governmental immunity, and arbitration of labor disputes.
